I provide therapy services to residents of Louisiana and Colorado for a multitude of presenting concerns/issues. I incorporate basic and advanced tenets of wellness, coping, behavioral nutrition and behavior change into the counseling process, facilitating the life-changing and transformative process that empowers clients on their journey to better mental and physical health and thus, a better quality of life. I'm a solution-focused practitioner and will work to facilitate your healing and change process the moment we begin working together.
I specialize in anxiety, stress, PTSD and CPTSD, substance abuse/addiction, and familial dysfunction. I use psychotherapy, wellness principles, and tenets of health psychology to help my clients heal while reaching their pinnacle of personal growth.
All populations are safe with me. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults. Currently, I am using a secure and private telehealth platform and am only accepting cash payments. If needed, I will work on a sliding scale based on your income. Law enforcement personnel, first responders and teachers are offered discounted services.
