I offer a comfortable, welcoming, safe and supportive space to reflect and work towards your goals. I provide a comfortable, inclusive environment for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, explore trauma through trauma-informed care, neurodivergence (ADHD, autism, etc), relationship challenges, life transitions (i.e. work, school, etc), and other adverse life experiences.
