Are you a new to therapy, or looking to return? I am welcoming new clients to my practice. At Healthy Minds of Michigan, the focus is to provide an appropriate level of care to help you grow in areas of your life. I value building rapport to build and sustain a good healthy therapeutic relationship to help accomplish and achieve client's goals within therapy. I bring over 15 years of experience as an outpatient, home based and contractual therapist at a group practice, across all age groups. Currently accepting adolescents (13+), adults, and couples.
I have experience working with child/adolescents, adults and couples with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, LGBTQ+, and other adverse experiences. Additionally, I have substantial training and history working with children, families and adults who experienced trauma utilizing a trauma-based approach in therapy.
