ARFID Therapy for Kids "Brave Eaters Club"
Brave Eaters Club™ ARFID Therapy for Kids Brave Eaters Club™ is a specialized therapy program for children and tweens with ARFID, extreme picky eating, or food-related anxiety. Using an evidence-based approach (CBT-AR), kids learn how their brains send “false alarms” about food and how to calm their bodies and take small, brave steps toward new foods. Sessions are play-based, supportive, and pressure-free. Parents are actively involved and coached to support progress at home. This program is sensory-friendly, neurodivergent-affirming, and designed for kids with anxiety, ADHD, autism, or sensory sensitivities.

DBT Skills for Teens
This DBT Teen Skills Group provides adolescents with practical, evidence-based tools for managing emotions, stress, and relationships. Using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), teens learn mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness skills. The group is structured, skills-based, and developmentally appropriate, with visual supports and interactive activities. It is well suited for teens with anxiety, ADHD, depression, emotional dysregulation, and ASD Level 1. Teens are not required to share personal details; the emphasis is on learning and practicing skills in a supportive group setting. Parent support materials are provided to encourage skill use at home.
