I believe that one of the bravest and scariest things to do is reach out for help. Many people see therapy as a stigmatize thing for only those that are in desperate cry for help and have no other choice. I can promise you that this is far from what therapy really is. Therapy is about having a safe place to open up and not be judged. It is a place to feel like FINALLY someone understands you and relates to your problems. I want to help you achieve whatever life changes you are looking for while in turn providing the most real and authentic experience.
Life is too short not to live to the fullest and surrender to all the negative thoughts, anxiety, trauma, anger, and sadness that sometimes control us. During the 5+ years as a therapist I have specialized in working with adolescents and young adults in the areas of Depression, Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Self-esteem, GAD, OCD, PTSD, Parent-Child Interaction, ADHD, and Bipolar Disorder.
