I work with clients in identifying and removing barriers to access the lives they have envisioned for themselves. My sessions are interactive, engaging and creative. Clients build and develop tools to use in their lives outside of therapy. I provide psychoeducation when appropriate and encourage clients to revisit their treatment goals periodically.
