Whether you struggle with bulimia, anorexia, binge eating, emotional eating, ARFID, or any other anxiety related to food/body/weight/ issues, we have a full team of caring professionals ready help lead you to a Healthy Future!
Our intensive outpatient program (IOP) for those struggling with any food/body/weight issues, includes nutrition education, meal planning, group therapy, family education and support, and DBT Skills Training. Nutrition, Individual and Family therapies are also available. We began our IOP in 2002; it is Arizona's longest running IOP for eating disorders.
