I attended the Institute of Chemical Dependency school and completed over 4000 hours of chemical dependency counseling in residential and outpatient treatment facilities in efforts to become a fully licensed LCDC. My ideal clients are young adults and teens struggling with confidence and mental health issues, as well as military veterans readjusting to civilian life and young kids in play therapy. They seek a safe space, guidance, and coping skills to overcome their challenges. Their goals include building self-esteem, achieving mental well-being, adapting to civilian life, finding purpose, and improving relationships. They desire to enhance their quality of life, overcome PTSD, express emotions, develop social skills, and foster positive connections.

I work with a diverse array of clients, including active and retired military, police, and other first responders, as well as victim/survivors of trauma, chronic illness, substance use, and the LGBTQ+ population. I have skills for the variety of concerns that my populations encounter, including, complex PTSD, trauma, severe anxiety, adjustment, re-integration, communication, TBI/ABIs, phobias, substance use, and mood dysregulation. Most importantly, I work with clients that come how they are, how they can, and with everything they have.

My main focus is trauma and PTSD. My secondary focus is on Narcissistic Abuse Syndrome and Parental Alienation. I also do a lot of work with anxiety (social and generalized), addictions, depression, abuse (of all kinds). These are often tied to my two main focuses. I have a lot of experience working with military personnel and veterans.

Dr. Nicole Rae Grandjean is a neuropsychologist who specializes in the differential diagnosis of psychiatric and neurocognitive disorders. She obtained her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from The University of North Texas in 2004. Dr. Grandjean evaluates people with neurocognitive disorders stemming from traumatic brain injury, toxic exposure, stroke, Parkinson's, and dementia. As a clinical psychologist, she specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Her psychotherapy practice focuses on treating PTSD from rape, combat, catastrophic events, assault and childhood sexual/physical abuse.
