I specialize in providing services for family conflict, childhood neglect, PTSD, relationship trauma, identity exploration and emotional dysregulation.

I am EMDR trained, and have experience with Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Oppositional-Defiant Disorder, anxiety, depression and trauma and children with Asperger's Syndrome.

My philosophy is to provide a safe environment for clients to share, grow, and feel accepted. Each human's life journey offers a variety of challenges and details, which at times, can become difficult to navigate. My hope is that by using evidence-based practice including family systems approaches, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, clients, can discover a deeper level of knowledge about themselves which will inspire hope, peace, and confidence to reach their full potential. My philosophy offers a strong focus on the person and their relation to systems in their life including family, school, workplace, society, etc.

I desire to help people who what to make their marriage last. I also love meeting with people who are longing to break long-standing traumas that live deep in their memory. I have a special devotion to people recovering from substance use disorders. At the end of the day, everyone is worthy of knowing so much more about themselves and having permission to experience the range of emotions that we all feel from time to time.
