Footprints was started by a therapist who realized that often times the services provided to low socio-economic communities is lacking quality care. We noticed these communities were confronted with long wait times, disrespectful admins, and subpar treatment. The one and only purpose was to exploit the community for profit without providing the level of care deserved. Feel Better Therapy began from the inspiration to provide quality mental health care to the poorest of communities and treating the clients of this community the same way a rich patient would be treated in a clinic treating affluent clients.

It has been my professional privilege over the last 25 years to provide counseling to married couples, families and individuals who were struggling with various relationship challenges, personal crisis and family conflicts. I have also had to opportunity to provide extensive one on one personal counseling to many individuals who were struggling with depression, general anxiety, grief, anger issues, abusive relationships, sexual assault, and personal trauma. Many of these clients were wonderfully helped, healed, given new hope and were taught new relationship survival and coping skills that they are now able to use to enhance their relationships and personal lives.

Cognitive Change has been providing excellent service to each individual, couple, and family for over 12 years through the use of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for all ages. Our clients include all cultural, racial, gender, and economic backgrounds. All our therapists are either certified in CBT, TEAM-CBT, or DBT and are supervised by a certified CBT therapist. We work with co-dependency, anger, OCD, phobias, panic disorders, PTSD & trauma. Our goal with all clients is to learn how to move toward the life the client wants to live while accepting themselves and the world around them.
