I have 26 years experience in the provision of therapy in an outpatient setting to treat a diverse array of presenting problems. I assist clients in problem solving more productive and healthier ways to cope with their unique challenges. A guiding principal in my work is to aid clients in achieving congruence between the person they wish to be and the person they are, thereby continually striving for authenticity. I wish to aid my clients in achieving their fullest potential in order to live gratifying lives personally and professionally.

I have been working in the mental health field for nearly two decades, with a diverse array of clients: adults, adolescents, children, families, couples, groups, foster care, substance abuse, mental illness and more. Delaney Savoie is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She earned her B.A. in Human Development Psychology at DePaul University and her M.A. in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Addictions Counseling at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She has experience working with adults and adolescents from diverse backgrounds who struggle with anxiety, depression, history of trauma, sexual identity, gender identity, mood disorders, personality disorders, relationship issues, codependency, and mild to severe addictions.

I specialize in working with children, teen and young adults with Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and has knowledge working with clients who experience trauma, have been impacted by an active DCFS case, and survivors of domestic violence. I work with clients who experience anxiety, depression, physical/sexual/emotional/financial abuse, self-harm, suicidal ideation, family separations and dynamics, and post-traumatic stress disorder. I want to to meet clients where they are at in their journey and work alongside them to achieve their goals. Your mental health matters!

Staci is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with almost 25 years of experience specializing in disordered eating/eating disorders, including binge eating, compulsive overeating, anorexia, bulimia, dieting issues, as well as those who have undergone or who are undergoing bariatric surgery. Staci has expertise in addressing a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, cutting, behavioral concerns, marriage/couples counseling, relationship difficulties, and family conflict, to name a few. Staci has extensive experience in working with Body Dysmorphic Disorder and body image issues/concerns.

My ideal client would consist of a person or family ready, willing and able to put forth the effort needed to make improvements in their lives. Motivation and willingness to change are essential to achieve change.

I take an active part in helping my clients recognize why they may engage in maladaptive behaviors and help them to move toward constructive ways of handling their life issues in more adaptive ways. I worked for three years in the adolescent psychiatry division at Cook County Hospital and have continued my interest and expertise working with adolescents. I also have extensive experience working with clients who suffer from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder as I was a psychologist on a team working with children who had been physically or sexually abused.
