Alone, medication cannot resolve the personal issues associated with long term increases in quality of life. Did you know that our past experiences will definitely impact our present.? We all have had experiences that left us with a negative belief, such as "I'm not good enough", "No one will ever love me", "If they saw the real me they wouldn't like me". We often want to get rid of those beliefs but we aren't really sure how. Having a safe place to talk, a judgment free zone could certainly help to reduce the feelings of fear, sadness, guilt and shame. After meeting, we may decide that Emotion Coding and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) would be good options to break those emotional connections to past experiences.
