One of my primary goals as a therapist is to highlight the tendency we have to let the problems we experience interfere with the things in life that we value most. This can leave us feeling extremely frustrated, unfulfilled, and even hopeless! I want to help people learn and practice acceptance and mindfulness, as we develop and determine a sense of direction, with the goal of restoring a sense of meaning and purpose in life.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA) and Oklahoma Counseling Association (OCA) as well as Counseling Association for Military, Oklahoma Veterans and Families (CAMOVAF). I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Master of Counseling Psychology degree, both from Northwestern Oklahoma State University. My experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults and families in an outpatient setting as well as school-based setting. I incorporate solution-focused as well as cognitive-behavioral and reality based therapy solutions.

Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor for Stillwater residents and the surrounding cities. I have been in private practice four years working alongside individuals, families, and couples to help manage a broad range of mental health problems including trauma related disorders, depression, anxiety, attention-deficit, grief, self-esteem, and infidelity. I work with both children (ages 5 and older) and adults using a range of treatments based on the personal needs of each client. Each client has their own walk in treatment and I try to respect the direction in which you would like to take your journey.
