I strive to provide a private, informal and comfortable office setting where my clients can expect to be treated with respect and dignity while facing life's challenges. I work with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. Some of my interests include: Self esteem, career/work, aging, stress and anger management, women's issues, eating disorders, addiction, conduct disorders, obsessive compulsive disorders, life coaching, assertiveness training, parenting and relationship skills, marital, pre-marital or divorce issues, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, dependency; emotional, sexual and physical abuse, trauma and ADHD.

Sometimes our past hurts and thoughts come with us like a friend we've told to "get lost", however everywhere we look it's there. If the past continues to be in your present I can help. In addition to working with adults and couples, I am skilled at helping youth and teens navigate the increasing peer pressures and stressors related to social media, anxiety, anger/behavior management, trauma experiences, self-harm and substance/vape use and gender identity. I also love to work with adults on issues related to parenting difficult and defiant children, relationships, grief, addiction, trauma, depression and anxiety. I am well versed in ADHD, ODD, and addictions. It is never easy to ask for help so, go you! My goal is for people to leave each session feeling like the time spent was meaningful and purposeful.

Don't over-think therapy. It's just not that complicated. When things get difficult, it's often hard to ask for help. We all face challenges, and we often overcome them on our own. Sometimes it takes much longer than we'd like, and that's when therapy comes into play. Why spend months or years taking on a situation or challenge by yourself, when you could work through it in far less time? Insanity is doing the same things, over and over, and expecting different results. Try something new, and break those old patterns.
