I'll help you create the change you need to live a more fulfilling life. We'll work together to address and change the behaviors necessary to reduce or eliminate your symptoms. My areas of expertise include chronic depression and/or anxiety. My personal mission is to helping people find their inner strength and use it to live their best life.
