My interest is in helping others from a holistic approach and integrative healing within the mind, body, and spirit.

Trained as a generalist, I have worked with both children and adults to decrease symptoms of depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), abuse (sexual and physical) attention deficit disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, grief and loss, self-esteem, psycho-education (safety and social skills, assertiveness, communication, and parenting), and anger management. Additionally, I have developed an special interest in working with trauma and adoption related issues.

Let's face it, life can be stressful and overwhelming. I specialize in helping individuals cope with the real stressors of balancing work, relationships, family demands and personal life. I understand how easy it is to lose yourself while trying to conquer all of life's challenges from relationship issues and career uncertainty to finding your purpose and fulfilment in a world that is constantly changing. With five or more years of transforming lives, I provide successful and effective counseling, coaching, and educational workshops for all individuals.

The most helpful thing I can do is guide you to your own wisdom and help you trust your inner-voice as the highest authority. I believe anyone who steps into a therapeutic space exhibits strength and courage, and is taking responsibility over their life. We all have times where it is beneficial to talk with someone who isn't part of our daily life, who doesn't judge and where we can feel safe and supported. I am warm, direct and interactive. I use both humor and empathy to connect and help clients grow, change and live the lives they want. I believe there is no limit to our ability to change and evolve throughout our lifetime.
