Integra Psychological Services, PLLC is owned by clinical neuropsychologist Dr. Levi Armstrong. We provide compassionate psychological and neuropsychological testing / evaluation services for children, adolescents, and adults. We also provide individual, couples, and marriage/family therapy.

Dr. Levi Armstrong is a doctoral-level, clinical neuropsychologist who specializes in testing and treatment for children (ages 3+), adolescents, and adults suffering from diseases and illnesses affecting the brain. Common diagnoses evaluated for include ADHD or ADD, autism or Asperger's, traumatic brain injury, stroke, and dementia. With a down-to-earth attitude and a genuine desire to be as clinically helpful as possible, our compassionate clinical staff believe that each patient is much more than a diagnosis and that testing should always be a therapeutic process.

My goal is to enable clients to cope with life changes, learning differences, difficulties in thinking (cognitive deficits) and emotional instability in a supportive environment by learning self-management (mindfulness) and coping skills.

Dr. Kroll specializes in evidence-based interventions for a wide range of behavioral health and psychological conditions, including trauma, mood disorders, chronic pain, and stress. She also provides psychological assessments for diagnostic clarification, treatment planning, and clarification of cognitive/memory issues. Finally, she works closely with first responders and law enforcement to complete pre-employment evaluations as well as psychological first aid and disaster response.

I have more than twenty five years experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics in individual, marital, family, and groups in the field of counseling health services. My experience includes consulting in inpatient psychiatric and hospitals, medical/surgical hospitals, nursing homes, pain management clinics, and private practice. I also specialize in career testing and counseling for high school students, college students, and in career transition for adults. I have served as a psychologist and director of a Christian counseling center for eight years and as a psychologist and manager for the employee assistance program for Methodist Hospitals of Dallas.

DONALD LEE, earned his B.A. from Brandeis University. He earned his M.A., M.Ed., and Ed.D. in counseling psychology from Columbia University. He is also a Licensed Professional Counselor. He provides individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults, as well as, providing marital and family therapy. He treats individuals with anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance/alcohol abuse, and adjustment issues. Dr. Lee has taught courses in individual therapy, group counseling, and racial-cultural counseling at the graduate level. His clinical experiences have involved work with the chronically mentally ill, victims of trauma, and has consulted at agencies working with victims of domestic violence.

As a relationship therapist, LMFT, and doctoral MFT student, helping relationships thrive is my ultimate goal. In addition to Family Systems work, I utilize Solution-Focused Therapy to stabilize day-to-day life and design a preferred future. Once a safe environment is established we will explore the root of the traumas. We will re-evaluate boundaries and increase self-confidence and self-validation with the development of strong coping skills and self-soothing techniques. I guide my clients out of survival mode to living in the present. I include psychotherapeutic yoga, CBT, DBT, attachment, and neuropsychology. I am EMDR trained.
