I support individuals walking through the heavy terrain of grief, managing the daily executive functioning challenges of ADHD, healing from trauma, and recovering from the deep exhaustion of burnout that sense of running on empty while trying to hold everything together. In my work with couples, I help partners break through repetitive cycles of conflict, communicate with clarity, and rebuild trust after periods of emotional disconnection. Together, we will work toward restoring balance, resilience, and genuine connection.

Healing isn't about "fixing" what's broken it's about understanding how you learned to survive. In our work together, we look at the whole picture through a family systems lens, exploring how your environment and history have shaped who you are today. We don't just talk about the pain; we safely process it.
