I'm not currently accepting new clients at this time. Life sometimes takes us down a path that can be difficult, uneasy, and sometimes quite painful to deal with. Working together, we will create a safe, comfortable environment to help you walk down that path with a sense of hope that things can get better.
I have vast experience and training working with people enduring issues related to trauma, emotional distress, interpersonal conflict, and suicidal ideation. I offer evidence based therapeutic services, including EMDR, DBT, Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing to assist in creating positive change at a pace that feels comfortable for my clients.
I pride myself on being compassionate, nonjudgmental and able to use humor in our work together. I aspire to help you uncover unhelpful behavior & thought patterns, explore coping methods, and develop a stronger sense of control over what may feel overwhelming.
