Welcome to the start of your healing journey! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in psychotherapy for adults in Maine and New Hampshire. I offer evidenced-based practices to include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, acceptance and commitment therapy, and trauma focused therapy. Additionally, I provide supervision for fully and conditionally licensed counselors.
I tailor treatment to the stated needs and experiences of my clients for successful therapeutic outcomes. I provide psycho-education in effective communication, emotional regulation, and behavior modification techniques to promote self confidence and self reliance. I am particularly mindful to provide a judgment free environment.
I recognize reaching out for help may be uncomfortable and inconvenient. I provide a casual and relaxed environment. This is a small, part-time practice offering tele therapy on Saturdays.
