I specialize in working with individuals facing challenges related to trauma, addiction, and relationships.
Therapy is a collaborative process designed to support you in understanding yourself more deeply, working through challenges, and improving your emotional and mental well-being. While each individual’s experience is unique, my goal is for you to gain relief from symptoms, increased self-awareness, improved coping skills, enhanced relationships, a greater sense of control and empowerment, and lasting change.
