Darshaya Gallard, LCSW, is the founder of Healing Stones Therapy LLC, a group practice serving clients across Wyoming, Utah, Nevada, Montana, Colorado, and Oklahoma, with in-person sessions in Laramie, WY. As a psychotherapist, Darshaya works solely with eating disorders and sport psychology, two deeply interconnected specialties that define her clinical practice. Eating disorders are the core of Healing Stones' clinical identity, not one item on a long menu. She is currently completing her Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) credential, a rigorous two-year certification process, and will earn the designation in Dec. 2026.
Darshaya holds certification in CBT-E (the gold-standard evidence-based treatment for eating disorders) and CBECDP, is an AED affiliate member, and brings nine years of clinical experience to every session. Her approach can integrate other modalities, such as, CBT-E, ACT, IFS, EMDR, and psychodynamic frameworks.
She also brings a rare perspective to sport psychology: six years as a professional volleyball player and nine years of collegiate coaching. She understands athletic identity, performance pressure, and disordered eating from the inside. Darshaya works with adolescents and adults navigating eating disorders, body image concerns, trauma, & mental performance.
