Momdemic: Radical Wellness in Covid-Times
6 Week Virtual Group for Moms. Providing a sacred, safe space just for moms to slow down and process the impact of the pandemic on our self-care routines, and also to ponder and reframe self-limiting cultural norms about motherhood through empowerment, practices of vulnerability, and embracing the perfection of imperfection. We will also cover topics such as mom-shame, imposter syndrome, compassion fatigue, and healthy relational boundaries. Facilitated by Alex Khoobani, LCSW. She is a fellow mother of a 3-year-old and a doula, Alex has first-hand experience with some of what you may be going through.
