As a bilingual Latina Therapist, I have a multicultural vision that allows me to easily understand and connect with problems related to cultural and racial issues that affect our well-being.
Everyone’s experience is different, and I adapt the approach I use to the specific needs of each person. Having worked in various mental health settings I have developed my skills in the treatment of complex/intergenerational trauma, as well as depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, and immigration/acculturation challenges.
