About
In these challenging times, many folks in the community are seeking safe spaces to heal and build meaningful relationships. At Healing Rhythms Mental Health, we are a diverse group of licensed clinical psychologists, psychology assistants and psychology doctoral students who embrace community and interconnectedness. The essence of our work is rooted in compassion, empathy and respect for multicultural identities and a wide range of therapy approaches which include holistic/traditional, psychodynamic, relational, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness and existential therapies.
At Healing Rhythms, we understand the healing power of the relationship between client and therapist, so creating safety in therapy is a priority in building a strong foundation when addressing concerns such as PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, persistent mental illness, and multicultural and intergenerational issues.
Everyone has their own healing rhythm. Together, we can help guide you through the unique ebbs and flows of your biggest life challenges. Whether it's in the therapy room or having session in nature's front yard, we invite you join us in navigating one of the most important chapters of your journey!
