ADHD and Anxiety Clinical Group for Teens
If you find school difficult and worry about how to make this school year a success, this group is for you. We will develop practical skills to lesson anxiety and help us organize our thoughts/tasks. Through the guidance of a counselor and the support of peers, we will grow and overcome obstacles which hold us back from success. Ages 16-18 meet on Tuesdays 06:00 pm to 07:00 pm and ages 13-15 meet on Thursdays 06:00pm to 07:00pm
