Kelley (they/them) is Two-Spirit (TGD) and a member of the Choctaw Tribe and also Seminole and Cherokee. Chahta "Alikchi" is the Choctaw word for healer. Kelley believes most folx have the tools to heal themselves.
Therapy is a collaborative process, the therapist and the participant together create a plan with clear goals and objectives. This process assists in setting obtainable goals to reduce symptoms, improve emotional regulation, and develop coping skills, all to enhance the person's overall quality of life and self-awareness.
