I specialize in holistic therapy approaches for all ages and identities where you learn to manage your feelings without the unhealthy coping skills of the past. You will learn how to manage your triggers and feel more at peace in a relaxed body. I honor my client's needs through nonjudgmental listening and provide comfort with animals, and yoga/meditation.
I am here to be your support through some rough times in your journey. I have had my own personal experience with addiction and childhood trauma motivating me to dedicate my career to helping others who are suffering. These experiences molded me into an empathetic listener that is dedicated to helping others feel safe and empowered.
