Healing Pathways Therapy Center provides a safe nurturing environment for adults, adolescents, and children to focus on relationships, well-being, and mental health issues. We focus on topics such as life adjustment, depression, anxiety, couples and family issues, neurodiversity, PTSD, addictions, etc. We specialize in trauma and childhood attachment issues, working to resolve severe or subtle traumas and negative life experiences which can impede emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual growth. We focus on healing rather than just coping, by finding and resolving underlaying issue rather than just putting a bandaid on symptoms.
We use a variety of research-based modalities, such as Emotionally Focused Therapy, EMDR, Mindfulness, Neurofeedback, and DBT with a trauma, attachment, and neurodivergence lens. Our clients experience efficient and effective relief, without having to spend years in counseling. Most clients see significant change within 6-8 weeks of counseling sessions.
We have a great family of therapists in our group who also focus on individual, couples, and family issues, mood disorders, addictive behaviors, and chronic pain and illness.
