Taking the initial step to go to therapy isn’t an easy one. You may be feeling hurt, unsafe, scared, exhausted, lonely, or even desperate. The list is endless. I make sure to create that kind of welcoming and non-judgmental environment for you, because if you feel truly safe then you can find the strength to look at and even face the difficult and traumatic events in your life.
In my practice, I look to the whole person and work from the understanding of the connection between the mind and the body. As such, I combine talk therapy and somatic approaches such as Viscero Somatic Quieting, Gestalt, IFS, EMDR, BodyTalk and EFT tapping. To find out more about my therapies click on "my website" below.
