As a Child Development Specialist (CDS) I also specialize in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD).
I believe in using a person-centered approach using modalities that include: solution-focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), behavior modification, applied behavior analysis (ABA) as well as mindfulness.
