About
Hello and thank you for stopping by! I am currently accepting private pay clients who don't mind meeting virtually. My passion is helping people heal from depression and move out any "stuck" place. I work mostly with creative folks, business professionals, and any adult who wants to heal. I provide individual, couples and family sessions. My mindset is holistic and I tailor therapy to fit your unique needs, including inner child work. I believe in the benefits of natural remedies such nutrition, nature, sunshine, exercise, engaging in hobbies, and meditation. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy.
With over 20 years of business experience prior to becoming a therapist, I am able to understand many of the issues my clients are dealing with. I work with corporate employees, small business owners, teachers, musicians, and other therapists. I enjoy helping clients understand the ROOT cause(s) of their distress, and then work to help them get better.
