At Healing Path, I work with adults, couples, military families, and caregivers navigate trauma, anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. Many clients come to therapy feeling stuck, disconnected, or exhausted from carrying painful experiences alone. I also support individuals struggling with panic, communication struggles, chronic stress, caregiver burnout, and unresolved childhood or attachment wounds that continue to impact daily life and relationships. I provide person centered therapy using EMDR, mindfulness, attachment-focused therapy, and Gottman-informed couples counseling.
I help clients develop personally, I help clients strengthen their relationships, heal from trauma, and cope with grief or major life changes. Using EMDR, Gottman, grief therapy, and teach mindfulness, I support growth, build coping and communication skills, increase confidence, and guide you toward clarity, resilience, lasting change, and greater hope.
