I believe healing occurs within relationships—with ourselves, with others, and with the living world around us. My work is rooted in nature-based, somatic, and informed psychology, providing support to individuals who feel isolated, overwhelmed, or disconnected from life, their bodies, and a sense of belonging. Together, we embark on a walk or hike as an alternative to screens, dedicating an hour to explore the inner world and the external environment. A significant portion of the suffering I encounter is not due to pathology, but rather to disconnection from the land and nature.
I work at the intersection of somatic psychotherapy, depth psychology, and contemplative practice, integrating the natural world as a living therapeutic partner whenever possible. Whether sessions take place indoors, outdoors, or through guided nature-based reflection, the land itself becomes a regulating presence offering grounding, perspective, and renewal
Nature as Co-Therapist Nature offers regulation, reflection, and belonging without demand. I draw from ecopsychology and land-based practices to support nervous system regulation, grief processing, and reconnection to a wider field of life. This may include: Somatic grounding and sensory awareness and Nature-based metaphors and experiential practices.
