Trauma is often the result of an overwhelming amount of stress that exceeds one's ability to cope and integrate the emotions involved with the experience(s). I help with issues like behavioral concerns, self-harming, anxiety, depression, grief, and family difficulties. My specialized experience allows me to help kids and families experience lasting change.
