My treatment approach is one of inspiration, Reality theory, Emotionally focused therapy, and Cognitive and Positive therapy. One of my biggest goals is to help empower clients to be the best people they can be by being self-motivated and self-aware and making the necessary changes to achieve a better quality of life.
