Hello! I specialize in working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, and addiction. I typically work with young men (ages 14+), but am happy to work with anyone of any age or gender who can benefit from my holistic, multi-dimensional approach.
Meaninglessness, lack of connectivity, despair, and uncontrollable rumination are increasingly pervasive struggles within the world today. I would be honored to work with you as we explore the cause of these inner battles and facilitate opportunities for change.

If you or your child is experiencing symptoms of Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, Anger, Depression, Grief, Self-Esteem Problems, Self-Harming Behavior, Stress, Suicidal Ideations, Insomnia, and PTSD, then I would love to help. I am trained in using Play Therapy, Sand Tray, Expressive Arts Therapy, IFS, DBT, CBT and ACT. I believe that all individuals are their own experts in their life and I strive to serve as a guide to help and support everyone through their journey. I have advanced training in Autism.
