My approach is integrative, drawing from psychodynamic, mindfulness-based, and cognitive therapies. I’m trained in yoga for behavioral health to strengthen the mind-body connection.
Together, we may look at how past experiences, relationship patterns, emotions, and old ways of coping continue to shape your present life, while also building tools to help you feel more grounded and aware of yourself.
