I specialize in ADHD, Trauma, Anxiety and PTSD. There is no specific formula that can be used for every person, so I adapted an integrated approach where we work together to assess your individual needs, adjusting as necessary to meet your therapeutic goals. For couples- I follow the Gottman method to help mend and rebuild your relationship.
My passion is working with both my individual clients and couples to assist them throughout their time of pain and find a path to healing together.
