I am very passionate about helping individuals heal from the negative experiences that they have had in their life. They can cause you to feel alone, trapped, unsafe, or not worthy. Together, we can work through the struggles that you are experiencing, so you can enjoy your life again and have the strength to continue your journey
As I have worked with adult over the years, I have realized how health experiences can have an impact on their life, whether it is birth trauma or medical trauma. I help clients heal from the experiences that are affecting their life by unpacking these events and repairing the negative experiences that have happened.
