DBT Skills Group (Ages 19-33)
Healing Hearts therapy group LLC is proud to offer a comprehensive virtual adult DBT skill group. Group will take place weekly on Monday’s from 7:30 to 8:30 pm for residents in NY. If you are struggling with emotional dysregulation, anxiety depression or Borderline Personality Disorder We will cover all the skills in the following modules: interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance and Mindfulness.
