I specialize in ADHD and Autism symptom management, including support with Rejection Sensitivity. I am passionate about helping individuals with disabilities, preteens, teens, couples, and anyone seeking guidance on their journey toward healing and personal growth. I support clients who are struggling with low self-esteem, negative self-image, suicidal thoughts/behaviors, anxiety, and depression. I also work closely with families who want to develop effective skills to better understand and support their loved ones. In addition, I help couples both dating and married redefine their relationships, and strengthen communication.
My name is Sherrelle Thompson, and I am a licensed clinical therapist who specializes in trauma therapy. I am passionate about helping individuals understand, process, and heal from the impact of past experiences so they can move forward with greater confidence and emotional well-being. I utilize evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, Inner Child, and DBT.
I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space for individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, and low self-esteem. Using evidence-based approaches including EMDR, CBT, DBT, and ACT, I help clients build coping skills, increase self-awareness, and move toward healing, growth, and more fulfilling relationships.
