My passion and personal mission is to help others grow while healing from past trauma, hurts and disappointments. I have over 25 years of experience working in the field of social services with the last 20 years specifically focused in providing therapy to adults, children, families and couples specializing in depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, ADHD, ADD, and relationship issues.
I have received training in multiple research/evidence based models including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused CBT and Multisystemic Therapy (MST). In my practice, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma Focus - CBT. At times I will use parts of other models of therapy when appropriate.
