Trauma can be difficult and complex. The path to healing can be as well. Clients who have experienced trauma, but who have a strong desire to overcome their obstacles and strive for a healthy, balanced way of life, relieved of the mounting weight of the experience, are the clients that instill enthusiasm and drive in me. Their needs may range from help processing underlying emotions, dismantling unhelpful thought patterns, or creating goals that align with their strengths. These values and motives make up my ideal client. They want freedom from a negative experience because they know the potential joy of being their fullest self.
My specialties include trauma, anxiety, and depression. By using therapy modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Flash Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and trauma-focused interventions. I can help individuals overcome these challenges, and other mental health conditions, and take hold of the life they want to live.
