Some people build a very good house out of what they were told to become, competence, achievement, silence, and it holds up for years, until it doesn't. I work with people who are often the best-built houses in the room, least likely to admit a wall has cracked. I specialize in working with people who build houses that hold others' crises. I work with people from the cracks in the wall to those who want to burn the house down. I work to understand your narrative, and together we rebuild what it means to be you.

My approach borrows from the same house. ACT steadies the foundation, what no renovation can touch. Existential therapy asks what the house was built to mean, and whether that reason still holds. EFT attends to the harder work: opening a door and letting someone actually walk in.

You already know your own house better than anyone, every room, every crack, every door you've kept locked out of habit. You don't have to hand me blueprints before we start. If some part of you is tired of holding it all up alone, I'd be glad to sit in a room with you and start there.
