I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns & develop practical skills to manage anxiety, depression, and stress. Trauma-informed specialist, as clients process past experiences, reduce trauma responses, & rebuild a sense of control. Eating Disorders Treatment focused on healing relationships with food & body.
