Nurturing Our Attachment Wounds
This is a 6-week, supportive and shame-free group for adults who feel emotionally responsible for their parent(s) and others, and want to shift patterns that impact intimacy and connection. If you struggle to trust, over-function in relationships, or feel unsafe expressing emotional needs, this group offers a healing space to explore those dynamics. Together, we’ll build emotional safety, increase self-compassion, and support nervous system regulation. Through guided reflection and connection with others, you’ll begin to cultivate healthier, more secure relationships, with yourself and others. Come as you are; healing begins in relationship.
