Sex Ed: Pleasure After Trauma
Finally, the sex education you need to have the sex you want! Trauma is a thief and for those of us who have survived it, we may be all too familiar with the things it steals -- our breath, our movement, our presence, our senses. I created this class series to hold space for you to put down all you've been carrying. Shame, judgment, information gaps, pain, tension, all of it. And, together, we will learn tools, build skills, and explore resources to get back what trauma took from you.

Embodied Movement for New Parents
Calling all new parents! Are you feeling disconnected from your body and your partner? Every person who gives birth has a unique birthing experience based on the identities they hold and the environment they live in. Giving birth can be a stressful experience for many people and cause a feeling of distance from intimacy, connection, and sensuality. Join us for our 7-week Embodied Movement class starting on Thursday, June 29th at 12:00 PM. Through movement and music, we'll help you reconnect with your sensuality and your partner. You deserve to feel alive, present, and connected.
