My name is Jennie Freeland and I am a licensed mental health counselor who has been working with people from a variety of backgrounds to find their own unique answers for the past decade. Typically working with adolescents and young adults, I assist people who feel something in their life is changing, or needs to, and is ready to work through that transition.
I help my clients understand and manage their own mental health - with the goal of not needing my services long term - as we find what works for you and how to maintain that. I truly believe people have their own answers but aren't always sure what questions they need to ask and sometimes need help making the connections to their answers.
