My passion and expertise is in the treatment of trauma, specifically relational trauma. With the demands that Western society places on our time and energy to just meet basic survival needs, we have not been taught or experienced authentic and healthy relationships with others or ourselves. We will work together to identify your triggers or "stuck" points, and from there work with the mind and body to alter neuro-connections to create a different perspective and emotional experience. I utilize EMDR and traditional therapy and believe the path to healing is through strengthening adaptive connections with others and ourselves.
