I'm a survivor, coach, and therapist for folks living w/ complex trauma, structural dissociation, chronic illness/disability, & neurodivergence. I offer a collaborative space where survivors & systems can exist fully without fear of judgement and where true healing can take place. Coaching can be helpful at any stage of recovery process and can include: creating internal safety & self-trust, navigating relationships, improving boundaries & communication, making sense of traumas, navigating chronic health conditions or other challenges related to trauma, and empowering you in finding paths forward and reaching your goals.
Intersectionality plays a critical role in how trauma uniquely impacts each person. This is why we are BIPOC-friendly, disability-inclusive, neurodivergence-affirming, kink-aware, nonmonogamy-friendly, & sex-worker allied. Everyone deserves help and healing regardless of circumstance, and I aim to make coaching accessible and affordable to all.
We understand severe, ongoing, lifelong trauma significantly impacts trust, so developing a safe & trusting working relationship with clients is my top priority. I take extra care in making space for parts that may be fearful, distrusting, or skeptical, and I invite you to show up authentically - no matter what that means for you. I hope you'll reach out.
