As a trained art therapist, I work with individuals of all ages using a variety of art media and psychological understanding, to become more engaged, resolve past challenges and feel less anxious and depressed. Art therapy uses meaningful expression to extend beyond words alone and develop a stronger more resilient self.
I have experience working in school, community and hospital settings using art & play to bridge mental health and wellness and offer an understanding of trauma, attachment, grief, and the brain, body & spirituality. I seek to support holistic growth for those I serve.
